Prerequisites

• A KrosAI account

• An AI voice provider account (ElevenLabs, Vapi, or Retell)

Create your account

Go to https://cockpit.krosai.com and create your account.

Complete identity verification (required for phone numbers). This takes about 2 minutes.

Add credits to your account.

Create an API key

Navigate to Developers → API Keys

Click Create Key

Name it fo example My First Key

Select scopes: numbers:read numbers:write calls:read calls:write

Copy and save your key securely—it's only shown once

Purchase a phone number

Navigate to Phone Numbers → Buy Number

Select your country (e.g., Nigeria, Kenya, UAE)

Choose a number from the available inventory

Click Purchase

Connect AI agent service provider

Create an endpoint

An endpoint defines where inbound calls are routed—typically your AI voice agent.

Navigate to Endpoints → Create Endpoint

Select your provider (ElevenLabs, Vapi, Retell, or Webhook)

Enter your provider credentials — either Agent ID or Webhook Url

Attach endpoint to phone number

Click create

Make your first call
